Organizational Leadership & Mission Alignment

C.O.F.F.E.E. (Creating Opportunities for Future Entrepreneurs & Employees) is a Mississippi based 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on workforce readiness, entrepreneurship exposure, and youth development. Through education, athletics, and community programming, C.O.F.F.E.E. creates pathways that help young people turn talent into opportunity.

As the organization behind Ballin’ at Bacot, C.O.F.F.E.E. ensures every event is professionally organized, purpose driven, and community focused.
